Awesome shiny and just plain badass
Excellent upgrade to my Kachi class armor – the detachable nose piece fits and removes wonderfully by spring type action. My order was slightly delayed due to the heavy rains at the armory, but Michael not only kept me abreast of the timeline, but included a bonus piece as well as upgraded my shipping. Expensive but worth it. I first purchased a similar mask on ebay for $100 and it was OK. This mask twice the value at just half the price more. It really feels solid and well made. Mustache and cord are great quality and worth the extra expense themselves.
I got this Mempo in Gloss Black and Black lace, with no lips or mustache. Its super clean, great flex to it but very durable. The neck piece when worn performs perfectly in an accordion-like action. The nose piece comes out nice and easy with a gentle squeeze against the cheek bones..and goes back on with the same ease. I can look around and feel secure quite comfortably. There are 5 small holes on each top corner to add more lace. It comes with one sturdy lace for display and wear. I put in 2 of my black shoe laces to add extra support. I would wear an additional bandanna under neath the chin and perhaps a heavy top knot against the two front lace anchors to complete the feel and look. I wore it perfectly with my Combat helmet and ballistic goggles..Modern Samurai completed! Thank you very much! I will buy again!
