Join the Ranks of the Red Demon Warriors
The Akai Oni Samurai, known as the Red Demons, were the elite warriors of the Kachi class, handpicked for their honor, skill, and fearlessness in the face of battle. Led by their Gashira commanders, these crimson-clad samurai charged into conflict with the relentless will of the Takeda Clan behind them. Their iconic vermilion or crimson yoroi (armor) gave rise to their fearsome name, striking terror into the hearts of their enemies while symbolizing the burning spirit within. As their victories mounted, so too did their legend, cementing the Akai Oni as some of the most formidable warriors in all of Feudal Japan.
Now, you too can embody their spirit and strength with this reproduction suit of Akai Oni Samurai Armor, handcrafted by the apprentice Katchû-shi at Iron Mountain Armory. Forged with care and economy in mind, this Kachi Class armor provides an affordable opportunity for modern warriors to join the legacy of the Red Demons. Whether worn in reenactments, displayed in your home, or used to celebrate your martial tradition, this suit carries the essence of those legendary warriors.

Very impressive armor and excellent customer service!
beautiful and functional work of art. great value and more than worth the price i paid.
Compared to Japanese made armor I would rate this suit of armor at 4 stars; maybe 4 1/2. But because of the difference in price, one can not compare it in such a fashion. The materials (silk, cotton and lacing) is better quality, but at the same time my Japanese suit of armor, which was similar in design, was $900 more expensive. I would estimate the difference in the quality of materials would be maybe $100, which doesn’t justify the extra cost fee of the $800 marked up by the Japanese armory. Now Iron Mountain Armory keeps improving their products (as they say and it shows in their pictures and videos), so with a few small upgrades in the materials, the armor should be almost identical to the Japanese made armor at about 30% less.
So in summery, Japanese made armor is a little better quality, but in price range, this Chinese made armor is very impressive and well worth the price, making this armor a much better deal. 5 Stars!
Super fantastic samurai armor. Exquisite work and I am really impressed!
