    The Sizing Options for your custom samurai armor set.

    This option changes the girth size of your Dō (chest armor).  While inhaling deeply, have an assistant wrap the tape measure under your armpits around the largest part of your chest.  In the back, you want the tape measure to wrap across your shoulder blades. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.


    Please Note: Sizing is for reference only and may not reflect the final product. Please read the FAQs for more details.

    Please Note: It is better to select 1 size larger to accommodate under clothing.

    Adjust the armor to your Height.  Standard sizing is 5' 8" (175 CM).  Select the option closest to your actual height.  If unsure, select 1 size smaller and enter your actual size in the order comments.

Crafted by our apprentice katchû-shi (Japanese armor smith) at Iron Mountain Armory, this Kachi Class armor set is forged using a traditional Okegawa ni-mai dō (two-section chest armor). Made from overlapping ito-mono (horizontal iron plates), this design was favored in the late Sengoku era for its battlefield durability, faster production, and ease of maintenance. Unlike earlier scale armor, the ni-mai dō offered practical defense without sacrificing strength or maneuverability.

Your armor will be sized, painted, and laced to your exact preferences. Whether you choose a classic black finish to reflect the ominous legacy of the Daku Akuma, or a personalized color scheme to suit your persona, every detail is made to reflect your inner warrior.     After just over 3 weeks, my order finally came but had this huge puncture through the box. Luckily everything was nicely packaged with a layer of styrofoam protecting my box(I’m glad I included the box). However, after taking the armor out, I found that my head ornament was chipped right at the tip of one of the horns with the missing piece nowhere to be found inside the package. Fortunately, I don’t mind it and I have no intention of owning anything that I won’t use. I’d rate 9 out of 10 if I could. Everything else is perfect and I love my new armor. I was even abel to help a baby with its constipation problems just by looking at them while wearing it.
