    Select to Heat Temper your steel armor plates to Add more toughness. Your armor will be heated to 700 degrees, making it more resilient and less likely to dent or break upon hard impacts. Best for Martial Arts Training, LARP & SCA Sports.

    Select to add a yoroi bitsu (display / storage box) and portable stand to your order so you can display your samurai armor.

    The Sizing Options for your custom samurai armor set.

    This option changes the girth size of your Dō (chest armor).  While inhaling deeply, have an assistant wrap the tape measure under your armpits around the largest part of your chest.  In the back, you want the tape measure to wrap across your shoulder blades. The tape measure should be snug, but not tight.


    Please Note: Sizing is for reference only and may not reflect the final product. Please read the FAQs for more details.

    Please Note: It is better to select 1 size larger to accommodate under clothing.

    Adjust the armor to your Height.  Standard sizing is 5' 8" (175 CM).  Select the option closest to your actual height.  If unsure, select 1 size smaller and enter your actual size in the order comments.

This striking reproduction suit of armor is handcrafted by Iron Mountain Armory’s apprentice Katchû-shi, inspired by the terrifying legend of these shadow warriors. Made using traditional designs and modern materials, it balances historical authenticity with an economical build—ideal for the warrior seeking quality and value.

The yoroi features a classic hachi zunari kabuto (helmet) and our popular Okegawa Dō (chest armor), paired with sode (shoulder guards), kusazuri (defensive skirt plates), and full customization options. This set represents what the Ketsueki Mentsu might have worn more than 460 years ago, crafted to your exact specifications.

Standard configuration includes Black Uzumaki paint, Vermilion menpō and sode, finished with black and red nylon odoshi (lace).
