Description
Awaken Your Warrior Spirit with Authentic Samurai Attire!
Iron Mountain Armory’s Tattsuke Bakama are meticulously crafted based on the authentic pants worn by samurai during Japan’s Sengoku and Edo eras (1467 – 1868). Known for historical accuracy, superior quality, and practicality, these traditional pants offer an economical choice for enthusiasts looking to embody authentic samurai style.
The Tattsuke Bakama features kyahan (leggings with straps) seamlessly integrated below the knee, an essential design for samurai needing both mobility and protection. Strategic slits along the thigh and behind the calf ensure exceptional comfort and flexibility, crucial for martial arts, rigorous training, and battlefield scenarios. The distinctive baggy overhang above the knee balloons comfortably and securely ties around the shin, keeping your suneate (shin armor) firmly in place and preventing snags while moving through dense terrain.
Era-Specific Material Options:
- Muromachi/Sengoku Era: Crafted from robust natural hemp linen, providing unmatched durability and historical accuracy for rigorous training and reenactments.
- Edo Era: Offers comfortable and luxurious cotton or art silk fabrics reflecting the peaceful and prosperous period, ideal for formal occasions and casual comfort.
