Return & Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Little Star Enterprises, Inc. (LSE), we are honored to serve as your trusted buyer’s agent for Iron Mountain Armory. Every item we provide is handcrafted with pride, precision, and tradition. Because these works are custom-made, our policies are designed to balance the rights of our clients with the protections required by PayPal and major credit card networks.

All Sales Final

Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. Each piece is created specifically for the individual client, making it very difficult to resell. For this reason, returns and refunds are not available for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or minor variations that are inherent to handmade work.

We do, however, review every claim on a case-by-case basis in an effort to reach a fair resolution with our clients. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or crafted incorrectly (meaning it fails to meet at least 85% of the specifications you requested) due to our error, we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted when the item is unused and either defective, damaged, or crafted incorrectly under the definition above.

Because these items are handmade, they may have slight natural variations—tool marks, asymmetry, natural blemishes, or differences in color, tints, tones, or patterns. These characteristics are part of authentic craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects.

Custom items featuring logos, symbols, special sizing, or other personal requests are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or crafted incorrectly. To reduce misunderstandings, we provide digital mockups for custom projects before production begins, and for many custom or higher-value orders (typically over $200), we also share Quality Control (QC) pictures before shipping for your review.

Refund Process

Refunds will comply with PayPal’s Purchase Protection (“Significantly Not as Described”) rules and major credit card network policies. Clients must provide evidence such as photos, written descriptions, and timely communication to support any claim. To determine eligibility, we also review our own QC pictures, which are taken for every order before it ships. These images help us confirm whether an issue resulted from shipping damage or a crafting error.

Refunds may be issued as store credit or back to your original method of payment, at our discretion. Refund amounts may be partial or full, depending on the item’s condition and the nature of the claim.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide clear instructions. In some cases, a prepaid return label will be issued. In others, the client may need to cover return shipping costs. Returned items must be shipped within five (5) days of approval to ensure timely processing.

Shipping Damage Claims

We understand that international shipping is costly, and we take steps to protect every order. QC photos are taken of all items before they leave the workshop, and in nearly all cases, we also document the packaged shipment itself. These records help us quickly assist with carrier claims.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery. To file a carrier claim on your behalf, we require photographs of the outer box, packing materials, and the damaged item(s). Claims made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. When reported late, we will assist as best as possible, either by coordinating with the carrier or by providing you with the documentation needed to submit a claim directly.

Custom-Tailored Items

Custom-fitted and tailored items are crafted to your specific measurements or requests. While every effort is made to honor your details, the traditional nature of handcrafted armor and garments means slight variations can occur. These unique traits are not considered defects unless the item is crafted incorrectly (under our 85% standard) or arrives damaged.

Our Commitment to You

We stand behind every piece we handcraft then send, ensuring that true errors or shipping damages are addressed with fairness, integrity, and honor. While handmade work will always carry the marks of its artistry, our goal is your complete satisfaction. When you order from us, you join a tradition of warriors past and present—and we are committed to ensuring your experience reflects that legacy.
