To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a digital mockup for custom items before production begins. We encourage clients to review this carefully to minimize misunderstandings.

Due to the bespoke nature of items featuring logos, symbols, or other special requests, these are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, we may offer options such as a replacement, refund, or alternative solutions.

Refund Process

Approved refunds may be issued as store credit or refunded to the original payment method, at our discretion. Refunds may be partial or full, depending on the circumstances and the item’s condition.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the situation, a return shipping label may be issued, or the client may need to cover return shipping costs. Items must be returned within five (5) days of receiving the return label to ensure prompt processing.
