Iron Mountain Armory – Bushidō Coins Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Bushidō Coins Loyalty Program (“Program”) honors customers who walk the path with Iron Mountain Armory through meaningful purchases and engagement. Bushidō Coins earned through the Program may be redeemed toward eligible products, subject to the terms outlined below.

Iron Mountain Armory reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is available to registered customers with an active account.

• Bushidō Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

• Coins may only be earned and redeemed within the Iron Mountain Armory store (www.Samurai-Armor.com).

3. Earning Bushidō Coins

3.1 Purchases

• Bushidō Coins are calculated on the final order value after discounts or sale pricing.

• A minimum purchase of $75 is required to earn Bushidō Coins.

• There is no maximum limit on Bushidō Coins earned through purchasing products.

• Order-related Bushidō Coins remain pending for 14 days, or until the order is marked as completed, whichever occurs first.

3.2 Actions That Earn Bushidō Coins

Iron Mountain Armory reserves the right to withhold or revoke Bushidō Coins for spam, abuse, or low-quality submissions.

3.3 Spending Threshold Bonuses (Breakpoints)

Additional Bushidō Coins are awarded when a single order exceeds the following thresholds:

Breakpoint bonuses are awarded once per qualifying order.

3.4 Promotional Periods

From time to time, Iron Mountain Armory may offer special promotional periods during which additional Bushidō Coins may be earned. These promotions are temporary and subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

4. Redeeming Bushidō Coins

4.1 Redemption Value

• 20 Bushidō Coins = $1 USD in product value.

• Minimum redemption: 5 Bushidō Coins

• Maximum redemption per use: 1,500 Bushidō Coins

4.2 Redemption Conditions

• Bushidō Coins may be redeemed for products and deposits only.

• Coins cannot be redeemed toward:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping or handling fees

• Some restrictions may apply depending on product type or order structure.

• Redeemed Bushidō Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.

5. Referrals

• Bushidō Coins for referrals are awarded after the referred customer’s order is completed.

• Referral rewards may be revoked if the referred order is canceled or refunded.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Adjustments

• Bushidō Coins earned from returned, canceled, or refunded orders will be removed.

• If Bushidō Coins were redeemed on an order that is later refunded, the redeemed value may be deducted from the refund or removed from the account.

• Iron Mountain Armory reserves the right to correct Bushidō Coin balances in the event of errors or misuse.

7. Expiration, Inactivity & Account Closure

• Bushidō Coins expire after 365 days of account inactivity.

• Any qualifying activity (earning or redeeming coins) resets the inactivity timer.

• If an account is closed, suspended, or remains inactive beyond 365 days, all unredeemed Bushidō Coins will be forfeited.

• Expired or forfeited coins cannot be reinstated.

8. Geographic & Regulatory Considerations

• Bushidō Coins are issued for promotional loyalty purposes only.

• Availability, redemption, and value may be limited or unavailable in jurisdictions where loyalty programs, promotional credits, or similar incentives are restricted by law or tax regulation.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees associated with redeemed products.

9. Abuse & Misuse

Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the Program — including fraudulent referrals, false reviews, automated actions, or misuse — may result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of Bushidō Coins

• Account suspension or termination

• Permanent exclusion from the Program

10. Program Changes & Termination

Iron Mountain Armory may update earning rates, redemption values, expiration rules, or Program structure at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. No Monetary Value

Bushidō Coins are a symbolic loyalty reward and do not represent stored monetary value, property, or ownership rights.
